Can I Return or Exchange my Candle?
We know it can be tricky to purchase candles online (is there a scratch and sniff feature, yet?!). Here at Aromatic Candle Co.®, our top priority is to make sure you are happy with EVERY SINGLE CANDLE, every single time. A candle not smell like you expected? Did your candle arrive in less-than-absolutely-perfect condition? Reach out to our Candle Care team here - we’re happy to replace your candle for FREE (up to 2) + help find a candle you’ll love.
I'd Like to Change My Order
No worries! While we are unable to make changes to existing orders, you can cancel your order up to 50 minutes after placing it via your Aromatic Candle Co.® account or on the confirmation page after checkout. ❤️ If you need further assistance feel free to reach out to us here. We can cancel your order and help you get a new one started with the candles you LOVE.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
Have an address change on an order? You can change your address for up to 50 minutes on the confirmation page after checkout. ❤️ Need further assistance? Contact us here + include the new address you’d like to send your happy mail to! Please include your shipping address, city, state, and zip code. We’ll warn ya… our shipping team is SPEEDY, so we will try to change this information before our shipping team sends it out! 😉
How Do I Access My Account Information?
If you have a pre-existing account, you can access your account information at any time! You can log in or create an account here. Once logged in, you will be able to preview your purchase history and your shipping address on file! You do not need an account to place an order. 😊 You can also download the Shop App to easily access all of your orders, track your candles, and make purchases! ❤️
How Do I Apply a Coupon Code?
One coupon code can be applied to each order at checkout! Simply add your coupon code to the box that reads “gift card or discount code” and hit apply! 😊
How do I properly extinguish my candle?
We take pride in the quality and cleanliness of the yummy candles you know and love here at the studio! To ensure your fragrance lasts as long as possible and produces a beautiful throw with each burn, we recommend avoiding using the lid to extinguish candles as it can result in black soot or affect the smell and burn of your candle.
However, we are happy to offer candle snuffers that allow you to safely put out that flame (minus the smokey smell you get normally by blowing it out!)
