Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States and Canada*.

Our goal is to ship your candle #HappyMail orders within 1-2 business days or less!

Free Shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders $65+! Orders $64 and under ship for a $7.99 flat rate.

All Canadian orders $105+ receive FREE SHIPPING! All Canadian orders $104 and under ship for a $24 flat rate. Orders to Canada Typically arrive 5-7 business days after the ship date. Aromatic Candle Co.® will assume payment of any duties and taxes for orders shipped to Canada.

Orders within the U.S. may take up to 4-6 days to arrive after the ship date. Orders to Canada may take up to 5-7 business days after the ship date. Please allow additional days for processing and shipment during the holiday season.

All our candles are shipped from Grand Blanc, MI.

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your handmade candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information. Count down the days to HAPPY MAIL! 📦

Orders within the U.S. typically arrive 1-5 days after the ship date, depending on proximity to the candle studio.

All average shipping times assume no delays. Please allow additional shipping time for Hawaii and Alaska. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time delivered good remains outside (on a doorstep).

*Due to the current Canada Post strike, we are unable to ship packages addressed to Canadian PO Boxes until further notice. Please note that this strike only effects PO Boxes; if you're shipping to Canada, please consider redirecting your order to a local Canadian address (not a PO Box) to receive your candles!
